How Do You Make Creamy Cucumber Salad?
No one wants a watery cucumber salad, so we take precautions to prevent that with the method here. The firs step is to toss the cucumbers and onion with a tablespoon of salt and let it sit for at least fifteen minutes. The salt draws out liquid. Then, you drain out all that liquid by letting the cucumbers and onions sit in a colander for another fifteen minutes. At this point, you have cucumbers that are still crisp, but taste even more like cucumbers.

Then you simply mix together the dressing and toss it with the cucumbers and onions. Since you used quite a bit of salt already, definitely wait until you toss everything together and taste it before you add any more salt. The end result will be a cucumber salad that’s very cucumbery but oh-so creamy too. Enjoy!
