House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan says Republicans are building their case against Anthony Fauci, the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

“So, specifically before your committee and also before Rand Paul over in the Senate, Dr. Fauci has, of course, absolved himself of all funding of gain-of-function,” conservative podcaster Benny Johnson said in an interview with Jordan. “He said he didn’t know anything about it. It is verifiable and demonstrable that he lied. Now, there are codes in Congress. I have a code right here, 18 U.S. Code 1001.”

“Statements—false statements to Congress,” Johnson noted. “Says you can be imprisoned; says you can be imprisoned for eight years if you lie to Congress. It seems like there has never been a more clear-cut case of some individual lying to Congress.”

“Yeah, we can do it—there could be a referral, but you would refer to the Biden Justice Department,” Jordan responded. “I don’t know that — they’re going to pursue that, but you can do that. You could have one of the committees, and the Senate Judiciary Committee could make a referral. I doubt they will with the Democrats in charge.”

“We could do a referral potentially,” the Ohio Republican continued. “I would, frankly, prefer just to have Dr. Fauci come back in and take another round of questions here, but we’re building the case. You know, like, we had Dr. Redfield testify, and Chairman Wenstrup did. I thought he was—I thought he was great. As were the other witnesses that were brought in.”
Fauci claims that, because the GOP has called for his prosecution, he has received death threats.

“I mean, they don’t like to have me getting death threats all the time. Every time someone gets up and spouts some nonsense that’s misinformation, disinformation, and outright lies, somebody somewhere decides they want to harm me and/or my family,” he said. “That’s the part of it that is unfortunate.”
“The rest of it is just insanity, the things they’re saying. But it does have a negative effect when people take it seriously and take it out on you and your family,” he added.
Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, a Republican, sent Fauci a harsh message after his retirement in December of last year.

In an interview, Fauci—who said he had no regrets about his handling of the pandemic—was asked if there was anything he would do differently about the COVID-19 outbreak.
“Likely, there is no public figure, or public health figure, that has made a greater error in judgment than Dr. Fauci. The error in judgment was to fund gain-of-function research in a totalitarian country—fun research that allowed them to create super viruses that, in all likelihood, accidentally leaked into the public and caused seven million people to die,” said Paul, who frequently clashed with Fauci during Senate oversight hearings into Fauci’s responses and recommendations regarding the pandemic.

Paul accused Fauci of lying to Congress in December 2021 and said he would be referring that case to the Biden Justice Department.
In an interview with Fox Business, Paul acknowledged that he does not “have a lot of hope” that Fauci will face charges from President Biden’s attorney general, Merrick Garland, who he claimed is not going to be “objectively looking” at the chief White House medical adviser’s congressional testimony.

“We’ve referred him to the Department of Justice, but then again, Merrick Garland is the one now going after parents that go to school board meetings,” Paul said.

Paul continued, “So I don’t have a lot of hope that Merrick Garland is objectively looking at Fauci’s lying,” before making a pointed 12-word statement about the NIAID director: “Fauci should go to prison for five years for lying to Congress.”

At the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington, D.C., Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said Fauci would go to jail under any “sane system.”

“There has been no person who has done more to destroy trust in the scientific and medical community than Dr. Anthony Fauci, who told millions of Americans lies willingly, knowingly, glibly, and supremely arrogantly,” Cruz said.

“Should there be accountability? In any sane system, he would be prosecuted for lying under oath, and he would go to jail for lying under oath to Congress,” he added.

One young punk had to learn a harsh lesson after spitting in a marine’s face.
While a group of Marines arrived to participate in an event at Rocks on the Range in Columbus, Ohio, they figured it would be a great opportunity to share their love for America.

But during the event, one Marine’s wife took out her phone and started recording because a liberal hippie, out of nowhere and seemingly unprovoked, approached the group of Marines and started calling them “m_urderers.”

As he continued to deride the men who put their lives on the line to defend our freedom, the stoic soldiers did not give an inch to the man’s plan to shame them into fighting in the United States military.

But then, in a vulgar display of dissent, the liberal spit into the face of one of the Marines. That’s when he learned why you should never do that.

The Marine’s wife, who witnessed everything, was shocked to see this man approach her husband. She had never really thought about what it meant when her husband went to fight t_errorists and the realization hit home

Later the Marine posted his wife’s video with the caption, “guy walked up and spit in my face and another Marines (sic) face.” He next wrote, “Dude almost got his ass kicked,” – and did he or what?

In the video, you’ll see the Marine taking a power position with his arms outstretched as he confronts the young punk.

The young punk turns to leave several times, clearly angry, but the Marine keeps talking to him, trying to intimidate him.

Then at the 45-second mark in the video, the punk approaches another Marine standing off to the side and gets in his face. The original man, who had his arms outstretched in front of him before, walks over and tries to break things up because it is getting out of hand.

He spits in the Marine’s face. Then his brothers in arms walk over and stand in front of him. The liberal avoids a b_eat down when a Columbus police officer walks over and tells him to get away.

Because the Marines didn’t want to resort to vio_lence, the man who got spit in his face, wrote on Facebook: “A big thanks to Columbus P.D and Ohio Highway patrol for assisting,” because they came to break it up.

If the police had not gotten between them, the liberal probably would have wound up on the ground. Why they didn’t just beat him down for spitting in the Marine’s face? I don’t know.

ver since President Trump was running for office, musician Kid Rock has been a big fan. Now that President Trump is on his way out of the White House, Kid Rock has turned his attention back to things that matter to him – like The View.

During a recent appearance on the Fox News program Fox & Friends, Kid Rock took his chance on national television to revive the spat that he and longtime host of The View, Joy Behar, have been nursing for years.

Kid Rock has always been known as someone who says what he thinks. His entire music brand was one in which he put it all out there regardless of how offensive or shocking it was for the general public. Although it has been decades since Kid Rock first came onto the music scene, he continues to be a “bad boy” who shares his opinion no matter how offensive or shocking.

Because he had the ear of Fox News nation during his appearance on Fox & Friends, Kid Rock decided to use his chance to speak about how much he dislikes Joy Behar and all that she stands for.

“You know and just talk about things without going for each other’s throats and protesting everything, and God forbid you say something a little bit wrong, you’re racist, homophobic, Islamophobic. This, that and the other,” Kid Rock said to “Fox & Friends” co-host Steve Doocy. “People need to calm down, get a little less politically correct. And I would say you know, love everybody.”

The rock star then added, “Except I’d say screw that Joy Behar b*tch. Everybody but that.”

On behalf of guest Kid Rock, Doocy apologizes to Fox & Friends viewers for being subjected to the singer’s offensive language choice. Fox News censors were too slow to catch Kid Rock’s slur, and it was televised to the national audience.

As though he realized he had gone too far, Kid Rock turned back the dial on his description of Joy Behar.

“I mean, lady. I mean, lady,” Rock backtracked after Doocy apologized to viewers. “Maybe we’ll go on, and I’ll hash it out with her, and we’ll talk about. But, aside from joking, which I was, is just go out and hash it out with people and have your thoughts and ideas but, be able to still go have a beer with somebody and just say you know hey, we all love this country. And you know, let’s have different ideas but try to move forward and be more together and realize at the end of the day we’re all Americans.”

However, Kid Rock did not want Fox & Friends viewers to be confused about his feelings for Joy Behar. He took one more chance to make things crystal clear for the viewer at home.

“I did apologize for the language. Not the sentiment,” Kid Rock concluded.

Construction crews in Eagle Pass, Texas, started building a brand new, historic floating border barrier near the area on Monday. The ultimate goal of the new project is to provide a strong deterrent for individuals contemplating crossing the border illegally in high-traffic areas along the Rio Grande. This is largely due to the fact that so many immigrants have died attempting to cross the river, making it a serious safety hazard to those trying to gain access to the United States.

According to a report from the folks at Breitbart News, Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Lt. Chris Olivarez posted a tweet containing several videos showing the construction crews starting on the installation of a series of buoys. The buoys are being put in place on the order of Republican Gov. Greg Abbott, and the Texas Legislature approved the funding for the project.Along with the influx of thousands upon thousands of migrants crossing the area, Olivarez stated that these new barriers will also help save the lives of many individuals attempting to cross the dangerous river to reach American soil.

While the heat of a typical Texas summer is scorching, that has not seemed to deter migrants from continuing to attempt to cross from Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, into the Eagle Pass area.

However, not everyone is thrilled by the action that Gov. Abbott is taking to try to get a handle on the out-of-control border crisis raging along the state’s boundaries.
“What Abbott is doing is conducting an irresponsible experiment at the expense of federal and international law,” Steven Mumme, a scholar at the Baker Institute Center for the United States and Mexico that specializes in transboundary environmental and natural resources management along the U.S.-Mexico border, went on to say about the new buoys being constructed.

According to the Texas Standard, Mumme then stated that the new floating barriers would alter the flow of the river, which is illegal, and would ultimately make changes to the boundary between the U.S. and Mexico. It remains to be seen if Biden or another federal group goes after Gov. Abbott and Texas because of that, or if it will stay silent in the hope of the border crisis calming down without his administration having to deal with it.

Anyone that has ever watched the ABC trainwreck, otherwise known as “The View,” knows that the “ladies” on the panel aren’t exactly the most warm and fuzzy human beings. When they aren’t spreading half-truths and pushing their own far-left agendas, they are race-baiting or making outrageous statementsConsidering ABC’s parent company, Disney, is desperately trying to unload the failing network, even the bombastic, over-the-top attacks on conservatives aren’t saving the show. Rather than course correct and attempt to reimagine their image and relaunch the show, the ladies of The View continue to spread acrimony and push scurrilous viewpoints.

Recently, one of America’s most visible pop-culture icons of the last 20 years made some eye-opening yet unsurprising claims about Joy Behar. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was being interviewed by Andy Cohen on the Bravo Network’s “Watch What Happens Live” when Cohen asked her who the rudest celebrity she has met since being in the public zeitgeist is. Her answer floored the host. NOTE: This is borrowed satire, mostly about conservatives, in order to stoke dissent and attempt to bolster their feeble ratings.

Laura Failner, a flight attendant who knows all about the ups and downs of air travel, saw this heartwarming moment.

In fact, it moved her so much that she later shared the story in a Facebook post.

I love looking for the good in the world!

As I flew up to Washington today, I had this cute little 94 year old lady get on my plane. She was frail and had a hard time getting back to her seat. There was a bit of a confusion to where she was supposed to be seated. In first class this wonderful Gentleman saw her plight and flagged me down.

He said, “can you please get her and put her in my seat and I will take hers.” He walked back with me to get her and take her to first class. She was so touched. The woman gave him a big hug and said “Never in my 94 years has someone done that for me. Thank you young man.” She had tears of gratitude.

It was amazing how his thoughtful act changed the attitude of everyone on the flight. May we all look for the little things we can do, to help others around us and show Christlike acts of kindness. In this crazy world let’s all try to Be the Good.

If there is one thing we are certain of in life, it’s the fact that people have an opinion. Some will even try to voice that opinion as loud as possible, despite the fact that very few people are listening.

The Internet really makes it easy for anyone to have such an opinion and to voice it for the world to hear. The funny thing is that the stranger the opinion, the more press it seems to receive.

That is what one expert is now experiencing, thanks to their unusual recommendation for parents. They are a self-proclaimed relationship expert, and they said that parents should ask for permission before changing a diaper.

We realize that there are a lot of issues revolving around consent these days, and it can be difficult to navigate them. As far as many parents are concerned, however, asking a baby’s permission before changing a dirty diaper is just out of the question.

To be honest, most parents are not very happy about the fact that they have to change diapers but it is a necessity if you are going to raise your children happy and healthy. Adding the extra layer of having to ask permission before doing so is above and beyond.

The woman who made this claim says that she is a ‘sexuality educator, speaker, and author.’ Her name is Deanne Carson and her unusual recommendation for parents is making waves.

She was on ABC in 2018 to share these insights. She said that this is typically done with children above the age of three but she also feels that consent is important to introduce at a much younger age.

She does admit that babies will not be able to verbally respond to the request for consent, but they should be able to give nonverbal communication with eye contact and in other forms.

She claims that it’s about setting up a culture of consent in the home, and asking if it is okay to change the nappy before doing so.

Carson went further to explain the process, saying that allowing a moment for anticipation and waiting for any nonverbal cues can help parents and toddlers communicate on a deeper level.

Perhaps the most interesting thing was the way the reporters reacted to the suggestion. Not only were they very verbal, but they were also wondering what would happen if the baby said no.

It must have been a night of mixed emotions for former congressman Adam Schiff, the perpetual thorn in Trump’s side, as he won the Senate primary race in California but was then dramatically and quite viciously booed off the stage by pro-Gazan protesters during his victory speech. Former Rep. Schiff is running to fill the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s former seat.

As background, Dianne Feinstein died at age 90 in September of 2023. Gavin Newsom then appointed a Senator to serve the remainder of her term, and now Schiff is running to fill the seat that she held for three decades.

On the night of Super Tuesday, March 4, he advanced a step in the race, securing the top spot in it with the lion’s share of the vote. Finishing in second place was the Republican challenger, Steve Garvey. They were running head to head, along with numerous other candidates, as California puts all the candidates on the ballot, and the top two advance to the November election. Schiff won about 37% of the vote and Garvey 29%, with the much progressive Porter coming in third with about 15%.

Garvey has little real chance to win, as Democrats significantly outnumber Republicans in California, but he was still hopeful on election night. “Welcome to the California comeback. What you are all feeling tonight is what it’s like to hit a walk-off home run,” he said. He added, “Keep the evening of November 5th open, as we will celebrate again,” Garvey added. “They say in the general election that we are going to strike out. You know what? That’s from the crowd that believes in the status quo.”

Schiff, though he won the primary and is likely to win the general election, had a less good night. He was booed by pro-Gaza protesters who chanted “ceasefire now” while Schiff tried to make his way through his speech. He proved unable to do make his speech over the sound of their chants, and security tried to remove the protesters but failed.

Schiff then tried to make the presence of the protesters seem like a sign of the “strength” of democracy, but failed. Their numbers and voices overwhelmed his. Schiff then ended his speech, with Deadline reporting that the disruptive chants of the protesters “Likely force[ed] a shorter speech than the gregarious politician intended.”

Fox News, posting about the embarrassing incident on X (formerly Twitter), wrote, “SCHIFF SHOW: Democrat who pushed Trump-Russia claims that turned out to be fake gets booed off his own stage during a victory speech.”

In addition to being upset over the mainstream Democratic Party’s stance on the Israel-Gaza dispute, some on the left dislike that Schiff won because he is a white male. For example, Cal Matters quotes a University of California San Diego professor, Thad Kousser, as saying, “We have two old white men in this incredibly diverse and dynamic state … fighting to replace Dianne Feinstein’s seat.” Kousser added, “This looks like your grandfather’s California.”

Similarly, Cal Matters quoted a state government employee named Charlene Bennett as saying, “I don’t think it’s just enough to say, ‘I support women.’” Bennett added, “When we talk about women’s rights, reproductive rights, we need to have a woman there in the moment when decisions are happening.”

A furious dad has shaved his 16-year-old daughter’s head to teach her a lesson after she bullied a girl battling cancer and pulled off her wig.

In a now-deleted Reddit post, the man revealed that his daughter got in trouble at school after she made fun of the student who had lost her hair via cancer treatment.

She went so far as to pull the girl’s wig off as part of her bullying. Since the daughter showed no remorse, the dad figured the only way to teach her a lesson was to be much more direct.

1. THE GIRLS DIDN’T GET ALONG PREVIOUSLY.

However, as the father pointed out, having “bad blood” with someone doesn’t excuse the daughter’s behavior.

They were apparently fighting because the daughter is dating the other girl’s ex-boyfriend, and they’ve been at odds ever since.

“Not how I’ve raised my daughter to treat people, and it truly disgusted me to hear how she acted from her deputy principle,” he wrote.

2. THE GIRL DIDN’T SEEM TO THINK WHAT SHE’D DONE WAS WRONG.

In fact, she doubled down on what she did and said the girl in question deserved it. By this point, the dad had enough.

3. HE GAVE HIS DAUGHTER TWO OPTIONS.

There was no way the man was going to let this situation go, so he gave the teen two options. One, she could throw away every single electronic she owned—phone, computer, etc.—and he would never buy her anymore. Two, she could go to the hairdresser and have her entire head shaved.

Oh, and she doesn’t get a wig—she goes to school like that until it grows back. She ended up choosing that option.

4. THE TEEN’S MOTHER THINKS THE DAD WENT “WAY OVERBOARD.”

As he shared in the post, “Her mother went ballistic at me, saying it would make her the target of bullying (kind of the point; teach her some compassion).”

Keep in mind that the dad has full custody of his daughter as his ex-wife has “moved on with her new family,” which is why he didn’t consult her.

5. REGARDLESS OF WHAT ANYONE ELSE THINKS, THE DAD HAS NO REGRETS.

“I came up with the punishment because I thought my daughter had an extreme lack of empathy for the girl she bullied,” he says.

“My daughter knows this, and that is what really disgusted me with her behavior. It demonstrated a complete and utter lack of empathy. I hoped that her going to school bald and walking a mile in the other girl’s shoes would teach her a lesson.”
